LSU 4 - 0 258 006 066 - Calibration

I can do an air calibration easily enough but seem to recall for a new sensor I can just measure the resistance between pins 1 & 6. Take the value in ohms and divide by 100 or 1000 (can not remember). Is this the case or am I mistaken ?
