53006 MAP Sensor Questions

I have two questions about this item

1. Its listed with the fluid pressure sensors but labelled a MAP sensor, is it just in the wrong spot on the website and does it read vacuum as well as pressure, I will be running over 2 bar of boost so need to upgrade my Delco 3bar MAP sensor

2. As it screws straight into a manifold, is there any chance of it being damaged if you are running water or water/meth injection?
