I have found a US supplier that has a reasonable range of PT100 and thermocouple temp sensors for different mounting setups. They range from 1/8NPT to M14 thread and some different ones like under sparkplug etc. auberins.com Maybe the Motec guys should make up some PT100 tables etc for easy use.

They have a long series as well and after purchasing the long and short version, i have found them both to be sturdy (all stainless steel). You might like the thin air intake version, you can adjust the depth the probe and it has a faster response time. http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_ ... cts_id=167

With the pressure sensors, you should look at the Honeywell MLH series. They are stainless steel construction, but they are only rated to 125DegC. Being industrial sensors i would expect failure to be well above this knowing the quality of Honeywell. Motec sell a limited range(eg 58041) but they can be sourced in the US for under $100ea and the full range is available(50+). A stand off pipe would be the easiest way like with an EMAP sensor, just not as extreme due to lower temps.
