Hall Sensor Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a Hall Sensor to suit a trigger wheel of the following dimensions-

117mm (4.5") OD
5mm thick
5mm teeth spaces (35 tooth + 1 missing)
5mm tooth height

The data sheet on the Motec ones state 10mm gap and 6mm thickness min requirements.
I have been told by some they will still work fine though.

They may work but you will probably have problems at high RPM. WHy don't you use a magnetic sensor?

I will use a Magnetic, I just thought Hall type was "better" (more presice).

In saying that the data sheets on the mag type state 10mm gap and 6 mm thickness also.
