LTCD "Internal fault"

I've had a problem with the LTCD for a while.
One probe appears to have some kind of loose contact. The cable and resistance of the probe are OK.
The LTC Manager shows me that a lambda probe or the LTCD has an error.
I have replaced the lambda probe twice.
I have now considered that the LTCD has an error.
The error is "internal fault"
The lambda probe is shown that it is running but is out.
