Did this ever work? Or is it a new installation?

If new, double check CAN Hi/CAN Low (easy to get them backwards).

Is there any error code shown on the PLM display?

Is your UTC properly discovered and the MoTeC driver installed on your laptop? What does it show in the Device Manager under the UTC properties? Can your UTC communicate with any other devices (Mx00 ECU, Dash, PDM?)

it was working fine before , not new , have it for 3 years now
no code on the screen , working fine on screen
UTC discovered , MoTeC driver installed

The PLM requires A RS232 serial port and cable for reprogramming the unit.
Its in the manual!
