lambda value with 2 stroke carburator

anyone know what should be tuned when getting the engine in full throttle and also on idle and mid range.
i am talking about a karting engine. i wish to use the plm to test kart performance and also choosing the correct
jet suitble for the engine.

also, how much affect would be for lambda performance and mesearment with two stroke fuel containg oil?
