Hi

Just wanted to know how some people have set there SLM up with the M800? What lights have you set to come on at what rpm and layout.

Thanks Daniel

the ECU manager has rudimentary control over the SLM.

But it is still based on a 2d table with Y and X axis if you configure it. Can only have 4 sites on the Y axis and 8 for the X axis (one per LED). The X axis is what dictates when the LED combination and color get turned on.

Makes for an acceptable light patterns but if you have an SDL or ADL2/ADL3/ACL then that would be preffered.

for the time being...mine's just setup to light up at 4 different RPMs. Once my mag wheel sensors come in...i'm gonna set it up to display different LED colors/patterns at different gears/rpm shift point.

mazi seems to have found a way to work around the rudimentary controls the ECU has over the SLM.
