^^^

Thanks for the reply mate. Ive just worked out how to do it now by looking at your file :).

The only other issue is that i cant select any of the indicators etc from the on/off tab. Now does all of these functions need to be wired into the SDL somehow?? Or is there a button or switch on the motec which can activate it??

You need a physical connection from the car's wiring into the SDL. I think from memory I tapped into the left/right indicator wires before the instrument cluster.

I wired those to av5/6, if you look at the input pins section of the file I sent they should be there, you then tell the SDL that 0=off and >5v=on

Cool thats what i thought.. I will leave that to the experts i think.. :D

Just one more questions as you seem to be full bottle on this. Is how do i get the gear selector to work on the SDL??

Ive imputed the gear ratios in the M800 but it doesnt imput them to the SDL??

Could you show me how this could be done also??

i.e where and how i would change any parameters..

Thanks again..

Sorry that's one thing I haven't played with, I run an auto trans so haven't had a need for it, I imagine it's like everything else in the SDL you need to genberate a channel for it then configure the table and assign it to the display.

Cool no worries mate.. Yeh the guy that installed it generated a channel for it so its on the display but it wont change gears??

Im just trying to play around with it until it goes back, so the more i can do the better..

Also it seems when i change teh sdl config for the SLM it dosent recognise it, and only recognises the M800 rev setup for the slm??

Before I grab em, you can't configure the SLM in both the M800 and SDL it's one or the other ;)
