PDM Software 1.9.1.0096

Hi everyone,

Has anyone ever experienced difficulties installing PDM Software 1.9.1.0096 ?
After downloading it from MoTeC's website, I tried to install it, but nothing happened.
I already contaced Dell tech support, and they recommended reinstalling my Windows, which will be a big job.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

We reported a problem that BitDefender would report a false positive and quarantine the PDM manager 1.9 after installation. Perhaps a similar thing has happened to you.

Start Task manager and then run the Setup file for the PDM Manager, when it stops, go into Task Manager and find the setup program, right click on the file name and select 'Go to details' When the Details Window opens with the file highlighted, right click and select 'Analyse wait chain' there will likely be a process that is hanging the installer, such as an AV software or MS Sharepoint. Tick only this process and end it, then see if the PDM Manager will run.
