A couple of questions;

Is 0.2 secs the shortest time I can pulse an output?

How can I pulse an output for a given number of pulses, ie. 100 ?

I would use a Counter function with the input being the Flash function. I think the minimum time is 0.04s (0.02 on and 0.02 off) seconds on the flash.
