PDM15 stop working HELP

Hello my name is Emiliano, im from Argentina, i have a problem with a PDM15, i had a PDM in use and another person tried to connect with it and he say that he couldnt, so after that the PDM not work anymore, the fuel pumps still work but i cant connect to PDM, the keypad not work, i have a pneumatic compressor and its working but dont stop on the pressure, so is charging continuously and its over charging all time. I put another PDM in the car and all work perfectly, i need know if you have the way to reset the PDM or if you can help me with this. Thank you

It sounds like the other person that tried to connect to it may have had a different version of the PDM Manager installed and has partially corrupted the configuration in the PDM. Do you have a copy of the configuration that is on the PDM? If so, see if you can do a Firmware Updates on the PDM, and then send the configuration back into the PDM.
