No PDMs found PDM15

Hi,
I have configured my PDM15 to make basic functions and every thing worked ok.
But the day after I could not connect to the PDM any more with the UTC. The message No PDMs found always appears when I try to connect. However the pdm still communicates with the Keypad because every command still works.
I was suspicious about my UTC device but I still can communicate with the M800 ECU.
So I wired a spare connector B with only Can H, Can L and 0v to connect to the PDM but it's still not ok.
Fortunately the PDM was finished to be configured before the connexion failed but I want to make some modifications.
Can someone help please?
Rija

Hi Rija,
Which version of PDM Manager are you using?
Do you have the M800 ECU Manager program open at the same time? With the UTC connected devices you can only communicate with a single device at a time.

Hi SDean
I use the latest version. Only the pdm is connected. I also tried with a spare cnnector on which the canbus is only between utc and pdm. Distance is about 15cm.

Hi Rija,
Can you run the Firmware Update function in the current PDM Manager and see if this will talk to the PDM. (presuming that you have a copy of the configuration that is on the PDM if you want to keep it) I have found that by doing a Firmware Update on the PDM it will restore communications.
The other cause of this issue can be related to Windows Updates making changes in the background that break the required links in the software, this is rectified by reinstalling the PDM Manager.

Ok I will try that and let you know today.
I have already reinstalled PDM manager 2 times I forgot to mention.

I have tried to make a firmware update but nothing. It always prompts no PDM found.
What is strange is that it connects to the keypad and works well.

The problem is solved. I think windows is the guilty, I had to disconnect from my account and reconnect. And from time to time the problem comes back again and I have to disconnect from my user account each time it appears.
Thanks for your help.

Okay,
That's a new one that I haven't heard of before.
