Low Amp draw warning light.

Postby remski on Tue Dec 03, 2019 1:38 pm

Hi.

I have a pdm15 and a 15 key motec keypad.
I would like the keypad warning light to come on if amperage draw is too low.

Case example:
My fuel pump draws 10A.
It draws only 4A if there is no fuel or the fuel is low and it starts to suck in air.

Just trying to add an additional element of protection.

Thank you.

Havent tested this myself - but you could potentially use Functions > setup say Fuel.Pump.Warning, have the condition set to be less than or equal to X amp of the fuel pump outputs current. Then apply that function to a light on the Keypad
