PDM15 upgrade issue

Just thought I would run this past you to see if it was expected behavior.

My M130, CDL3, PDM15 and MDD are all talking nicely.
I save the config from the PDM15 (actually read the instructions for once!).
I upgrade the PDM15, as expected everything stopped because it loses the config.
I reupload the config.
PDM15 all working fine.
No CAN comms from the ECU, or ethernet connection. Check the power to the ECU and it is active but got a zero current reading, possibly with flashes of 1 amp.
Try turning everything off/on again, several times, no change.
Disconnect the ECU and plug it back in.
Everything springs back into life.

Any ideas?

That is a bit strange, what conditions do you have in the PDM that control the output for the ECU?

What was the voltage on the output pin for the ECU when it was 'Active' but not working? Which output are you using to power the ECU and is there anything else wired to that output?

Did anything the ECU controls work? Such as fuel pumps priming etc?

PDM config attached...anything obviously wrong? And yes...it is only half finished, busy milling engine mounts at the moment.

The voltage was 12.6v.

All controls are on the PDM triggered by CAN messages from the ECU. The fuel pumps didn't start. Once the ECU was disconnected/reconnected that started up at power on as normal.

Can see anything obviously wrong with the configuration. Does everything work fine now?

Yes, all good.

I'll go back over the power and earths with the power "off", just to make sure I don't have an unexpected power supply.
