PDM32 Programming Loom

I'd like to build a basic programming loom to configure my spare PDM32 away from the car;


Connector A
A_10 CAN Low ->UTC 4
A_11 CAN High -> UTC 5

Connector B
B_b Batt–
B_c Batt–

Connector C
C_1 Batt+

Are these the only connections I need to make to program it?

yes, that is all you will need.

The schematic for the chassis loom I have that interfaces with the PDM 32 also has a ground connected to Pin 1 on the UTC - is this necessary as well?

Power for the PDM,
CAN Hi and CAN Lo for the UTC are all that you need.
