Standby mode CAN

Postby greenamex2 on Fri Mar 21, 2025 8:31 pm

Hi

Quick question on the PDM standby mode.

When the manual says "No CAN messages have been received/Activity is present on the CAN bus" does that refer to ANY CAN bus or just the addresses being monitored by the PDM?

I am guessing the the former for going in to standby mode and the latter for exiting standby mode but just wanted to check.

Thanks in advance

Cool feature by the way, took a couple of goes to get working but really handy now my battery isolator has died!

Hi,

It is any activity on the CAN Bus that is detected.

Thanks for confirming Stephen.

Lucky I have a spare CAN bus then!
