the same way I did the A/C :)

Use the stock system.

Toyota is pure genius on these cars (87-92 Supra and really all Toyota cars even the new ones). Each system is its own isolated system.

The power window system is its owns idependant system. Feed it power and toyota took care of the rest. Same with the A/C system.
