another question,

I want to connect a GSM telemetry system to an ACL and therefore need to activate the Carrier Detect signal. What I have to do to tell the ACL that it should use Pin14 (RS232 1 Carrier Detect)??
With ADL2 or ADL3 I choose any (digital) input pin and select "Carrier Detect" as channel. But I don't know how to with the ACL.

Any help appreciated

As discussed, pin 14 is not enabled in the software so using a VIM input is the way to go for the carrier detect signal.
