I don't have logging enabled in my SDL and get the "logging not installed" message each time I transfer a file to it, is there a way to get rid of this?

Turn off all the logging in your config.

It asks because there are some channels set up to log in your config allthough you done have logging.

Thanks for the suggestion Martin, the only "logging" in my config is "Device Up Time" and this is a default that can't be turned off. (if you try it just renables itself at the next file load)

I had hoped someone at MoTeC would have addressed this issue by now as it's annoying to put it mildly...

It's a cunning plan for sure but one that will fail :D

I'll keep pressing the "ok" button it's cheaper!

That is actually a bug (not intended functionality)

We have changed the logging setup to always log device up time, as it helps us determine problems with logging if they happen. A side effect of this seems to be that it gets put into the logging list even if you don't have logging, which it shouldn't.

Ill get it fixed in an upcoming version..
