Am I right that the SDL cannot send any information over CAN (to my M800 for example)? If so that would be very unfortunate for me...

The SDL can send data to your ECU on CAN.

Use the ADL2 Dash manager to create your CAN send Template, save it to the SDL folder and then it is usable in SDL manager.

I had skipped over it as it was ADL2 and not SDL

Tested and it works perfectly thanks Dragon!
