Sdl3 download time for 1st time

Hey guys just connected my sdl3 via the sdl3 and i2 software for the first time and downloading data...been about 30 mins 'unloading device data' so far. How long would you expect the first evert download of a couple of years data to take? Wondering if it's actually working or not!

I guess something is wrong as keeps saying cant connect - turned my firewalls off etc.. any ideas guys?

Hi,

Have you just installed the SDL3 software, or has it been on your computer for a while? If it is not a fresh installation, can you re run the installer and select Repair as an option. There have been a couple of Windows Updates of late that have had a negative effect on the communications protocols that we use, and by doing the repair process it restores these functions to correct operation.
