Laptop can’t recognise device ( USB) , when I’m using UTC is ok.
Try with other cars always the same message.
Interesting think is sometimes work ok.
Any ideas?
I think is a driver problem I’ve no idea how to solve this issue.

Yep, you are right it is a driver problem. For various reasons, it is somtimes possible to point to either a corrupt or incorrect USB driver.

The fix can be a little challenging.

If you are in XP, you need to go to Control Panel/System/Device Manager

next plug in your powered up ADL2, then remove it then power it up a few times.

you should see the USB device that is being used appearing and disapearing in the list.

Plug the ADL2 in, then right click on this device and uninstall the USB driver.

Once that is complete, unplug the ADL2, and plug it in again.

This time, (assuming that the ADL2 software is installed already on the machine) it should install the USB driver called MoTeC ADL2.

That should fix the problem.
