Can the SDL aux ouputs be used in pulse modulated mode like the M400 ones?

No they dont PWM...SDL Limitation.
The Shift light brightness control on the SLM is basically PWM control to control the brightness...so it must be able to PWM, just not written into the software to separate the SDL from the ADL`s
Maybe Motec will let them PWM in future releases maybe? That would be nice
