Error Message

When I attempt to download data from dash I get an message "error writing to device flush operation failed. Select retry to try again or cancel to end the operation" when I retry I get a file but pro logging isn't available (it is enabled on the dash). Any ideas ?

To help troubleshoot this issue can you please let me know what version of dash manager you are using and the serial number.

I will also need a copy of the log file you are having a problem with. Can you please email this to me via the support system (support@motec.com.au) or if the file is too large, upload it to dropbox/wetransfer and email me the link.

Tried a different laptop with Win7 64 bit and it worked. The other laptop had win 7 Ultimate. Obviously, I can not be sure of the actual problem but it works and I am moving on.
