Hi,

We have an Adl3, Cdl3, 2 Pdm's, 2 KeyPad's and 1 M880 on a offroad vehicle, at the last race we had an issue with the Adl3 showing a message on screen which reads "Dflt 0000002". After that message started showing on screen all the stuff that was being sent over Can to the various devices quit working, what ever was on on the KeyPad stayed on with me not being able to turn anything on or off while that message was on screen. The Cdl3 stop showing all the values that came from the Adl3 and was only showing what was being sent over Can from the M880. I got the logged data out of the Adl3 and I can clearly see that it stopped logging once that message was on screen, looking at the data I cannot find any indications to what could have cause that problem. Adl temp looked good and there was no Can errors before the problem occurred.

In advance I appreciate the help!

Hi JaviRacer,

We received a support ticket via MoTeC Systems USA with the same issue about the same time this was posted. Have you been in contact with them regarding this?

I just want to check if this is a new case or one I am dealing with at the moment.

Adrian

Hey Adrian,

I have been in contact with Motec Systems USA about this issue now. I had called and got no response from them and that is why I decided to post something here. They got back to me last Thursday about this issue and said they are still looking into it.

Thanks!

Ok that's good to know, it will be easiest if we continue through the support system, so MoTeC USA will be your point of contact. I require some more information to help with troubleshooting this issue so they will be in contact shortly.
