GPS to SDL

I have a SDL that i would like to run GPS lap timing on ,But i am running a M4 pro and are using Pins 35,34 to talk to the SDL . How do i go about connecting the GPS??

You can connect RS232 based GPS units to the SDL, ADL2 or ACL using our Serial to CAN, STC, converter.
In your case you can connect it to the CAN bus, pins 35 and 36 on the SDL, even if you are using these pins for communcation by adding in extra wires and the required termination resistors, see the SDL manual for the recommendations on CAN bus wiring, although I would recommend using the USB connection for PC comms as this is a lot faster.

When ordering the STC from your dealer you will need to specify what you want to use it for as the RS232 and CAN settings need to be programmed in house at the moment. It is intended for the configuration to be adjustable by the user, however the software has not been completed at this moment in time.
