Converting V1 Calibration files to V2?

I'm upgrading a car that previously had an SDL to an ADL3. It looks like the v1 calibration files used by the SDL can't be loaded into the ADL3 (it uses the v2 files).

Is there any utility software or tech tip on converting v1 calibration files to v2 for use with the ADL3?

Chris Brown suggested that I use ADL2 Dash Manager to create a config that loaded the necessary calibrations. When this ADL2 config is converted to ADL3 Dash Manager, then I can save the calibrations as V2.
