Display Creator Software

Hi,

Just wondering if we can get a bit of information of what we can do with Display Creator software, how it works, when it will be available ect and rough RRP (Im sure my dealer gave me a rough price, cant remember what it was, think it was around same price as most upgrade codes ect)

I just updated to dash manager software (C185) and it has provisions for display creator. (see attached pics for others interested)

Just wounding how it will work, what we can do with it ect, besides design our own layout?

It has the field to enter the number of pages, which you can enter up to 255, does this mean we can have more than the current 3 pages or modes?

Currently to toggle between the 3 pages or modes such as practice, race ect the button you prog is called 'display mode change' ect, and to scroll the bottom line, or multiple lines its 'display next line' or 'display previous line' ect however in display creator section there labeled as 'display page up' and 'display page down' ect.

So yeah just wondering how this all might work, if we would still have the current 3 modes and then have 1 new mode as the display creator and just scroll pages in that instead of bottom lines? or if we would loose the 3 modes and have all custom? And how this can be controlled, currently wiring up the steering wheel, have an alarm reset button, next line (hold to change mode) and prev line, could these be used to control the new pages?

Also noticed in the update that the number of channels that can be logged has increased from 300 to 1,000. Fantastic! as ppl have said,w ith PDMs ect, if you want to log every status and condition theres a big chuck gone, plus add some VIMS ect and your getting close. 1,000 would deff be sufficient, altho i think ill need to upgrade the memory also.
