CDL3, fuel level on EVO6.5

I bought a CDL3 dash a while ago and have yet to fit it to the race car, I have an EVO 6.5 with an EVO 7 ECU, was hoping to connect via OBD2 ?

Also on the last EVO I ran a Racepak dash and connected up to the stock fuel senders, the dash then read and displayed the fuel level, can this be done in the CDL3 ?
