Hi, I got a message below while doing 'get logged data' on the SDL Sport.
After this message something (.ld) downloaded but it looks like nothing inside.

I have search about this problem through the net, but this looks rare case.
What should I do? Could you please help?

Thank you.

I think it would be helpful to provide more information on your computer (manufacturer and model) as well as the version of the Windows Operating System you are using.

Hi,

From Microsoft.

An EAccess violation occurs when the operating system reports an access violation. That means it is notifying you that you are trying to access invalid memory. Many people can receive this notification in error from outdated or erroneous device drivers. You are also likely to see this notification in Windows when you reinstall Windows and you have not yet updated with the Windows Updates.

The EAccess violation keeps a program on your computer from accessing invalid memory.

You can help prevent these kinds of errors from occurring by updating your device drivers after formatting and reinstalling your operating system or installing a Windows Updates. Always install the latest Windows Updates before going through and updating your device drivers.

I would also suggest you to check the issue status in clean boot status.

Thank you.

What you wrote from Microsoft did not work.
After that I have done things I can come up with.

Gone safe mode,
Administration mode,
checking RAM fault...
and other recommendation from various site.

Anyway I solved this issue by:
Reinstall the Motec dash manager 1.60 to 1.61 (this is quite weird since .60 is the latest version so 60 would be better on latest Windows, I assumed).
Reinstall USB driver.

This is done by after upgrading Win11 version.

So 3 things, I am not sure what affected most. But this what I have done.
Hope some guys like me helps.

And thank you for your support Stephen.

There has been some strange behaviour being reported with Windows Updates of late, but it isn't a universal issue. It seems like certain updates have an effect on certain hardware combinations for a period of time, and then another update is released that fixes the issue. Because these issues only effect a small group of users are a time, it is very difficult to track down and resolve the underlying causes.
