Hi. I am asking your help for the title above.

With my former experience with C185, there was CAN configurable setups... Like I can specify CAN address, multiplier divisior adder... They were configurable in dash manager/Connection/...

Hoever in SDL Sport, on the dash manager/Connection/there are indeed CANs however not configurable.Very stange to me!

SDL Sports has CAN pin outs so that I was expecting to use some CAN based sensors but can I?

The software for the SDL doesn't allow you to create or edit CAN templates. However you can use the ADL2 Dash Manager to create / edit CAN templates and then move them over to the Communications folder for the SDL.
