Hello
When i upload new configuration on my sdl dasboard i have a message to update the firm ware
I can accept or not
I think that nobody has been connected th this dashoard since 2010 !!
Could i accept the update wthout trouble !!

For an SDL, I would probably update the firmware using Online->Update Device firmware. ]

Hi Phillippe,

I would always try and get a copy of the configuration that is in the Display before running the update, unless you do not need to keep the configuration. The upgrade process will attempt to maintain the configuration that is stored in the dash and upgrade it to match the current firmware version, but sometimes the step from the installed version to the current version of the firmware can be too great and this can cause issues as features can change in the process.
