ADL on M800

After getting my M800 up-and-running with SKM and SLM I'm orienting towards an ADL dash. I only want to display all the possible data as seen in the M800 ECU manager like, ET/AT/EGT/LA1/RPM/MAP/KNOCK and ground speed (GPS?). I've no need for extra input/outputs or logging (standard M800 logging is just fine).

Question is: would the older ADL suit my needs? I've read some challenges with connecting a GPS

The only thing the original ADL won't do relative to GPS is GPS-based lap timing. You can still receive a serial (or CAN async serial) stream and capture the GPS speed. Our simply fit a wheel speed sensor to either your M800 or ADL.
