Trouble Connecting With ADL Dash

Hi All,

Any help on this matter will be hugely appreciated, especially as I am in the pit lane and Donington and struggling to get any data!

Long story short, new race car on its first test, was directed to download the correct Dash Manager programme for my Dash (ADL 8 BL) by a MoTeC advisor.

When the programme is running, I cannot download any data from the dash. In the past I had a Motec representative configure the laptop to the dash, must this be done again?

The following message appears when attempting to get data...

Unable To Connect To The Device

Unable to find a USB or CAN connection to the device.




I am using a UTC adaptor.


Any advice?

Did you install the UTC driver as well?
