31 : Start/Stop Switch

The Input Pin is connected to a switch that toggles between
starting and stopping the engine.

If the engine is stopped, the switch is used to enter a starting
state. The ECU also sets a Cranking state that is held until the
engine RPM reaches the Run RPM value, or the switch is released.
(This can be used in functions such as the Driver Warning and
Status Output functions.)

If the engine is running the switch will cause 100% Fuel and
Ignition cuts until zero Engine RPM is reached.

Very nice feature :D

The function was introduced for the Seadoo PWC adaptor kit. Seadoo jetskis have one push button for start and stop functions. You can get fooled when using this function as the only way to see it's status is to view fuel and ignition cut levels, which are set to 100% when in the stop mode.
