We are planning to run a M800 on our project 2008 Yamaha R6 for racing.
Can anyone help us with a start up file and any idea of what kind of upgrades and extra module necessary to run the engine?
thanks in advance.

It's highly likely the actuator works on water temperature and is cold start idle adjust only.
The non DBW bikes didn't have a IAC type device.

The actuator you are looking at has engine coolant flowing through it and simply opens up air bypasses in each throttle.
This just raises the idle when cold.
The only idle adjustment is with the knob on the end of the flexi drive that lifts the stop on the end of the actuator link.
The only idle control the ECU has is with Ignition advance.

Neither are of any real advantage.
