M800 Anti-lag

We are running anti-lag on an off road race car with a lot of success. We have managed to get it to work really well, boosting around 0.8 bar off throttle.
We are using a fly by wire throttle on a Nissan SR20DET turbo engine with a GT series garrett ball bearing turbocharger. What I have noticed is the inside of the intake manifold and the throttle body is very black, which seems unusual. Is there perhaps something in the set up on the program which is incorrect to cause this?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

DD: Can you post the settings you're using it might help the guys diagnose your issue.
(That and I'm curious to see how you have it configured)

Hi again, attached is the current file we are using, any comments would be appreciated.
As I have previously mentioned the system works well, just the dark deposit in the intake system.
Thanks

DD: Many thanks for the file.

Could the black be reversion during AL?

What type of substance is it? Gooey, solid, powder-like?

Could be a number of things, but generally turbo oil seals on their way out and bad intake filtration dont generally get through the IC all that much, which I assume your using

What type of exh. manifold are you using?

I thikn your boost control table is very simple, you should measure and log your exaust pressure vs intake press, sometimes the the backpressure is higher than intake press, so the exhuast sniffers getts in the intake manifold. I experienced that in Group N4 mitsus and subarus with restrictors, in this types of cars because the restriction sometimes the exaust pressure doubles the intake (if you donĀ“t open the wastegate). Good luck
