M400 product version 3,54E2, Build3.5.4.2,Firmware 3.54E. I use 2 laptops, one with Windows XP and one with Windows 10. The one with windows 10 won't open the "Help" menu when the F1 key is pressed. F1 does open it on the one with XP. How do I get it to work with Windows 10 ?

It seems like microsoft quit supplying the original windows help viewing system starting with Windows 7, there was a stand-alone installer for that you could install.
Looks like Microsoft only supplies the stand-along Help Viewer for Windows 7-8, see this article for info:

Do you mean that within ecu manager F1 won't open the context specific help menus? Function keys work fine for me in Win 10 with the same version of manager as you. Do the other function keys work, F4 and F5 for example? Sometimes new laptops come with the function keys mapped to laptop specific functions, and the FN key is required to access the traditional functions. Thiis behaviour can be turned off if that's the problem.

David and Sean, thanks for the prompt and accurate reply's. Holding the Fn key and pressing the F1 key opens the menu.
You guys made my day better!

Good to hear. I got confused. The missing help shows up with the older Dash Managers.
