Hi,
What is the best app version? Where can I find the release notes? To see bug fixes?

There is no reason not to use the latest version (ECU Manager V3.54E2), since it's been stable for the last 10 years!

As Dave said, V3.54 is the Manager that you should be using for your Mx00 series of ECU's.
