Hi,
Has anyone done one of these engines on an M800? If so would you be able to post a base map.
We've just had a project dumped on us and need to get it running ASAP so any thing would help, calibrations for sensors etc...
The engine is the GM/OPEL/Vauxhall Z20LEH (from the Astra H VXR), this is very similar to the Z20LET which has run in the Vauhall VX220/Opel Speedster etc...
I've scoped the Cam and Crank and hope to do the calibrations for all of the other sensors first thing next week but if anyone has done it already.... :-)
Hopefull as Ever,
Jaydee.

Is this the direct injection version?

I assume/hope the ecotec has been done before, it is an engine with a LOT of potential.

I will need the sensor cals for an Ecotec as installed in the Pontiac Solstice soon.

Just wondering how this all went.

I have recently purchased a Z20LEH to put in a 4x4 Turbo Calibra which means i'll have to look at some kind of Engine Management.

Ive done some. They are very simple, 60-2 on crank, one tooth on the cam. In OEM Form they are DBW, but if you throw it off it will only need M84 to run it. Cams fixed. The OEM throttles DBW Calibration is also available so you could go Mx00 or M84.
