Hello my friend,
When I start the engine, I turn off the throttle to start it, but turn it on instead of starting it. Why?

Hello friend,
When I start the engine, I need to turn off the throttle to start, then I can idle and accelerate. If the throttle is at an idle state, the engine cannot be started and the ignition and fuel injection signals are not tested.
