Ref & sync lining up?

Hi,

M800 04 sti subi rally car..gets a miss i have been chasing forever after new car rebuild...changed everything still no go..looking ar some motec vids on youtube and mark talked about ref and sync falling edge lining up causing issues...attached capture pic screen shot.

Hoping someone can tell me if this is too close.
