Wideband Lambda Characteristic Table for LSU 4.9

Hello,

I'm looking for the correct table for my oxygen sensor. If I use the values for the "LA1 Characteristic Table" as suggested in the help window, my lambda reads a little bit too lean, but over all seems to be just a little off. If I use the values from the data sheet (see link below) the sensor reads very lean. I did an air calibration after changing the table.
How do I set up my wideband lambda correctly?

Hello,

I have the same question, because the lsu 4.9 data sheet is a different ip calibration

And I dont know what the right table.

The help window table is the same for NTK and bosch, the only difference is the choice of sensor type.
Perhaps the software recalibrates for match to this table depending on the selection of the sensor type.

an idea ?

Hi,

The correct way to setup Lambda into the Mx00 family of ECU's is to use the #38 predefined calibration for the input setup, and then in select the correct sensor in the Adjust | Sensor Setup | Wide Band Lambda Setup | Sensor type.

The reason why the Bosch Data doesn't work when you enter it is that we use the IPn values (which is a normalised value) and the Bosch data is Ip (non normalised) We also have an different offset number in each of the calibrations that allows for a standardisation of the Lambda tables across that different sensor types used.

The standard MoTeC Lambda Characterisation values will normally work ok. What are you using as a comparison that makes you think the MoTeC is reading lean?
