Ref/Sync Problem Honda Jazz L15A7 Using M400

I need help.
What is wrong with my ref/sync setup as files attached.
The engine is on but don’t want to idle & unwilling to increase the rpm.
I thought there is something wrong with the ref/sync setup but I don’t know which one.
Looking forward for help
