0-5V knock input on M400

I want to use a Plex knock monitor with a M400.
What I'm found out I have to connect the 0-5V output to the M400 Lambda 2 input.
Inj8 can be set to send a knock window signal.
There are some questions left which maybe someone can help me out.
- What Signal is the M400 expecting to see on the knock input? Will it accept a 0-5V signal?
- What singal does the Inj8 knock window output?

The Plex knock monitor should normaly be connected to clyinder 1 IGN output. Does the knock window supply this signal or do you recommend to just connect it to the IGN 1 output wire?
