REF/SYNC not synchronized M800 3cylinders engine

Postby Cocco83 on Tue Feb 24, 2015 2:58 am

Hi guys!
We are an FSAE Team that compete with a 3 cylinders engine (smart 600cc turbo charged).
Last year, due to time problems we set the engine in 2 stroke mode.
Now we are trying to make it work in 4 stroke mode, but the engine doesn't start.
We use an hall sensor on the camshaft positioned in the compression phase, about 120° before the ref index tooth, CRIP is 75°.

To solve these errors we tried these solutions:
-removed the plugs and turn on the engine without compression to test the signals with constant cranking;
-checked injectors and ignitions sequence (our engine is 1, 2, 3; with odd fire of 0°, 240°, 480°);
-push return key while engine cranking but always same errors;

Here follow the screenshots of our configurations and diagnostic errors, and the ref/sync capture of the cranking ( right click on the picture -> show image).

We really hope you can help us to solve our problem, waiting for your answer, thank you!
