function request

Start a timer by gnd or drive speed for launch control purposes.

gnd speed >xx km/h = timer X ON.

Setting 'timer X selection' to the dig channel of the speed sensor results in the timer resetting on every trigger edge of the sensor.

Timers can only be activated by a status. If you tell us exactly what you are trying to do there may be another way to do it.

I'm full up on all the inputs/outputs of an M800, only other way I can see to do it would use up an output with an aux table using gnd or drive speed, and loop its output pin into an AT or dig channel.

Basically using the timer as an axis along with gnd or drive speed in the Launch RPM table on an AWD car. Using clutch hyd pressure works OK but its a little inconsistent on timer start point. I'm thinking starting the timer at a specific low gnd speed value would work better and still allow clutch modulation if needed during launch w/o making it reset the timer inadvertently or going out of launch mode.
