AUX4 max frequency

Postby Mr ganbatte on Mon Jun 30, 2014 10:03 pm

Trying to set up AUX4 output frequency to 10000Hz .
The specifications state that 10000Hz is the maximum however when entering 10000 the direct pop up says max 5000 and min 10.
Its for a TPS output signal to an ATTESA ECU on a Skyline.

This was given to a member on SAU by Marck McCoy of Motec
Plus a small circuit using 1kohm (8v supply) 100ohm after AUX4 and 10uF capacitor.

Setup the m800 output as function 3 – Aux Table.

Parameters –

Frequency = 10000Hz

Polarity = 1

Output Mode = 0

Set the table axis to Throttle Position.

When all connected, test with a multi meter. You should see voltages like this.

0% in the table should be ~0.5V

50% may only be ~1V

100% should be > 5V

Any tips on getting 10000Hz very much appreciated.
