running a m800 on a nissan vk56 , i want to run a couple of narrowband 02 sensors for lamda control, do i need to buy an upgrade to use them for a closed loop setup or do you only need to buy an upgrade to use wideband lamda control?

any help appreciated, cheers

No you wont need the lambda option enabled to use narrowband closed loop. FYI, you can even hook a third party wideband controller up and still use all of the built in wideband strategies such as 'quick lambda' without the lambda option enabled.
The lambda option is only needed if you want to use the built in wideband sensor controller(s).

ok so i tried to setup the narrowbands last night, the ecu can see the mV but its seeing 0.450v as 0.45 lamda.... does anyone have a little "how to " on setting up the narrowbands?

You would need to calibrate the La1 or whichever input you are using in sensor/input calibrations.

Same as you have to do with any input.
